Hankering for lutefisk? Ballard, a vibrant Scandinavian community, established itself as the home of the Alaskan fishing fleet and grew into a thriving town before it became part of Seattle. The Ballard Locks are still the portal for ships sailing into Lake Union and Shilshole Bay boasts the west coast's second-largest marina. Our custom-designed building here fronts the Burke-Gilman bicycle trail and is just across the street from ActivSpace at Fremont, the first ActivSpace location.
