Access is available 24/7/365 for approved members – create whenever the spark hits!
All spaces are wired for internet and dial tone. Internet connections are available through national and local carriers at your cost. Check with your Customer Services Manager to see what providers are available at your location. Free Wi-Fi is not currently provided.
Yes. There are restrooms available throughout the building. They are serviced and stocked throughout the week by janitorial staff. Some have utility sinks.
Off-street parking is available at all ActivSpace properties. Parking is non-reserved and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Use of the parking privilege is limited to members only and only while you are on the premises. Your visitors must always use street parking.
Most activities that are not prohibited by law or ordinance are allowed at ActivSpace. Activities that may harm the facility or the well-being of others are prohibited. All business uses are subject to approval by ActivSpace management.
Specifically prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, residential use, welding, motor vehicle repair and storage, cannabis-based businesses, barbershops and salons, spray tanning booths, brewing/distilling and mass production activities.
Yes, but only in specific spaces engineered for that purpose. Check with your Customer Services Manager to see if these spaces are available at your preferred location.
All activities must be conducted in a manner that does not disturb neighboring community members.
No. Smoking or vaping any substance is not permitted inside the building, including units and common areas. If you smoke, you must be at least 25 feet away from any door or window and dispose of materials properly.
No. Subletting and co-signing are not permitted.
Add-on users are allowed with approval from management and may result in an additional monthly charge.
Yes! We are pet friendly, but pets must be well-behaved, non-disruptive, and kept on a leash while in common areas. Pets cannot be left unattended in your space or in common areas, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Management reserves the right to revoke pet privileges if issues arise.
We accept payment by debit/credit card, check, cashier’s check, or money order. Payments are typically made through our online portal or by check. We do not accept cash.
Each ActivSpace community is unique, check with your Customer Services Manager about upcoming events whether an art-walk, networking or customer appreciation. Display venues are available in most buildings. Display of artwork or products in common areas must be approved by management.
Most buildings utilize a security card-controlled access system. Entrance through perimeter doors and elevators is controlled by these programmable cards. Each unit has its own unique lock and keyway. Closed circuit television monitoring is in use at most locations.
While security measures are in place, ActivSpace is not responsible for loss or damage to tenant property. Community members are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance coverage.
