A Message to our ActivSpace Customers


On behalf of the ActivSpace Community, we hope this message finds you in good health, in a safe place, and in excellent spirits during these unprecedented times.

We wanted to take a moment to reach out and let you know what we are doing throughout this challenging period. Our buildings will remain open 24/7/365 because some of our customers are ‘Essential Services.’

As the situation is changing rapidly, we will continue to do our part. Our Managers are working reduced hours while receiving full compensation to continue to provide security, maintenance, processing, and emergency services. Our commitment, as always, focuses on the health, safety, and security of our customers, employees, vendors, and communities.

We realize the impact this quarantine can have on everyone. As a way for ActivSpace to safely support each local community, our team is volunteering their additional time at various organizations where the need is great. Some of the ways our managers are volunteering are: meal prep and delivery for public school kids, laundry for animal rescue, assuring phone calls for seniors, local food banks, mask making for essential workers, Zoom calls with youth in foster care, meal delivery for neighborhood shut-in’s, and phone triage for emergency services.

There is no question this is a time of great uncertainty. As a small business ourselves we understand the situation many of you are in. We are pursuing avenues of financial support as we hope and encourage you to do so too.

While we have no timeframe to work with, we trust that we will get through these difficult times together.
