Opened in 1999, ActivSpace in Ballard is one of our longest-standing communities, rooted in the industrial waterfront neighborhood near the Burke-Gilman Trail, now named Frelard. This building also hosted the very first ActivSpace Open Studio event, with more than 30 participants.
